Further changes to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada's Express Entry system

New Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points are available, as of June 6, 2017, to Express Entry candidates with a sibling who is already a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

Other changes to the Express Entry system effective on the same date include making registration of candidates with the Job Bank voluntary instead of mandatory.
