Express Entry targeted notifications of interest issued by the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program

In order to assists the Province of Ontario in meeting its immigration strategy’s goal of five percent Francophone immigration, as well as its labour market and economic development priorities, on March 28, 2018, Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program issued Express Entry targeted notifications of interest addressed to:

1. candidates meeting the Human Capital Priorities stream criteria who have a job offer in Ontario;

or

2. candidates meeting the Human Capital Priority stream criteria who have French language skills at Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 7 or above in all language abilities.
