Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) applicants under the both streams of the Business category (i.e. Employer and Corporate), may seek an internal review of the decision on their application in the event they consider that an error was made by the program in taking the respective decision. As per OINP, the written request for internal review has to be submitted within 30 calendar days after receiving notice of the original decision in case of applicants residing in Canada, or within 60 calendar days after receiving notice of the original decision in case of applicants overseas.
It is to be noted that OINP continues to issue invitations to apply under the Entrepreneur stream, the latest round of September 21, 2018, bringing an additional 16 invitations.
