October 15, 2018 at 12:11:46 UTC -- 3,900 invitations -- 440 CRS points minimum -- tie-breaking rule September 18, 2018 at 11:06:29 UTC: candidates from Federal Skilled Worker, Federal Skilled Trades, Canadian Experience Class and Provincial Nominee Program eligible for this round of invitations.

Candidates with an invitation to apply (ITA) have 60 days to submit a complete permanent residence application to Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
