Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada extended another 3,350 invitations to apply for permanent residence under the Express Entry system on May 29, 2019.

May 29, 2019 at 12:09:37 UTC -- 3,350 invitations -- lowest CRS score of 470 points -- tie-breaking rule May 23, 2019 at 10:18:56 UTC: candidates must have been ranked among the first 3,350 eligible foreign nationals in the general ranking. In the event that more than one candidate reached the lowest score, the cut-off was based on the date and time of submission of their respective Express Entry profiles.

This was an "all program draw" with a considerably higher CRA score then previous all program draws. When the period between two draws geared towards the same program(s) is extended, the Express Entry pool has more time to replenish with high score candidates. The immediate consequence is a raise in the cut-off score, such being the case of the present draw.
